安德森先生将于 2024 年 11 月 1 日正式就任主席一职，任期两年，可以连任。IFRA 大会根据 IFRA 章程规定的规则，一致推选安德森先生为主席。
"保罗在香水行业拥有数十年的经验，曾在世界不同地区担任多个职务，领导创意和开发团队及业务部门，最后担任芬美意中国区总裁[现为dsm-firmenich]。"这些领导经验对于保罗在董事会和全球 IFRA 团队的支持下实现带领 IFRA 进入下一个阶段的愿望至关重要。
Gliewe 先生补充说："我很自豪能在 IFRA 董事会担任成员和主席长达 50 多年，在此期间，我指导了 IFRA 不断扩大的可持续发展工作及其国际扩张"。"我知道保罗将在这些成就的基础上再接再厉，我相信他一定会取得成功"。
安德森先生在全球多个地区的大型香水公司的高级管理经验将为国际香水协会在这一关键时刻提供所需的领导力。安德森先生拥有英国和瑞典国籍，现居瑞士日内瓦。
"安德森先生总结说："我对香水有着真正的热情，这种热情激励着我的整个职业生涯，因此我期待着以我的远见、专业知识和网络来加速 IFRA 的工作，扩大对 IFRA 标准的认可，并确保 IFRA 以诚信、透明和科学严谨的态度倡导香水的使命得以实现。
