ARN 是了解和加强化学品安全预筛选评估的重要工具。对于化学品供应链中的所有参与者来说，充分了解 ARN 的目的和界限以及 ARN 如何融入更大的化学品安全和监管风险管理格局也至关重要：
- 在大约60%的情况下，ARN 范围内的物质不受进一步监管风险管理措施的约束！
- 对于其余40% 的物质，在评估是否需要采取监管风险管理措施之前，ARN 会触发对这些物质的进一步数据收集和生成。
评估结果网络报告旨在帮助业界，特别是注册人，预测潜在的监管行动。因此，我们鼓励业界在必要时主动更新注册档案，尤其是在有可能采取进一步监管行动的情况下。
这些建议由 Cefic、Eurometaux、FuelsEurope、IFRA 和 DUCC 发起：
