In just one week, fragrance leaders, scientists, and regulators from across the world will convene in Singapore for the IFRA Global Fragrance Summit 2025, taking place on 15 – 16 October at the Fairmont Singapore.

This work, conducted under the auspices of IDEA (The International Dialogue for the Evaluation of Allergens), presents an expanded Reference Chemical Potency List (RCPL) with 77 additional chemicals. Over the summer, the European Commission launched a public consultation on the revision of the EU Cosmetic Products Regulation (CPR). The aim was to gather input from authorities and stakeholders on whether the Regulation should be revised in the coming years, looking at what has worked well, where improvements may be needed, and what areas should be prioritised.
