Implementation of the European Commission Roadmap on Animal-free Chemical Safety Assessment

IFRA actively contributed to the European Commission and EPAA’s Animal-Free Chemical Safety Assessment and Roadmap Implementation Conference in Brussels, including a presentation on the experience on safe spaces with the SCCS delivered by Dr Amaia Irizar on behalf of IFRA and Cosmetics Europe. 

The event supported stakeholder discussion on implementation of the EU roadmap towards phasing out animal testing in chemical safety assessments.
