国际香料协会（IFRA）任命 Leon Huang 为北亚区高级顾问，负责亚太地区的公共事务和监管工作。
Leon 作为独立顾问加入 IFRA，常驻北京，向亚太地区总监 Caroline Li 和 IFRA 主席 Alexander Mohr 汇报工作。他拥有超过 28 年的监管事务经验，涉及洗涤剂、化妆品、口腔护理和医疗器械等多个类别，曾在宝洁中国和日本公司担任高级职务。
Leon 的任命体现了 IFRA 致力于加强与该地区主管机构和利益相关方的关系，以支持香水的安全使用和持续的行业创新。
