The International Fragrance Association (IFRA) has appointed Leon Huang as Senior Advisor, Asia North, to support public affairs and regulatory engagement in the Asia Pacific region.

Based in Beijing, Leon joins IFRA as an independent consultant, reporting to Caroline Li, Regional Director for APAC, and to IFRA President Alexander Mohr. He brings over 28 years of regulatory affairs experience across multiple categories, including detergents, cosmetics, oral care, and medical devices, with senior roles at Procter & Gamble China and Japan.
