IFRA issues a series of guidance documents to support its members in their work - helping them to ensure the continued safe use and enjoyment of fragrance materials in a way that respects health and the environment.
A selection of public guidance documents is available below.
The documents include analytical methods developed by IFRA in response to certain regulatory demands. These methods are a common tool for use between the different partners of the fragrance industry and are based on the recommendations of the IFRA Analytical Working Group.
Modifications of these methods for internal company use is possible - but takes place under the sole responsibility of the company and should be validated against the original IFRA procedure.
Additional documents for IFRA Members are available via the IFRA Sharepoint.
