Belgium has added terpinyl acetate multi to the EU Registry of Intentions, signalling plans to submit a harmonised classification and labelling (CLH) dossier for the substance by 31 December 2027.

The substance is described as a reaction mass of 1-methyl-4-(1-methylethylidene)cyclohexyl acetate and p-menth-1-en-8-yl acetate (EC/List no: 904-693-9; no CAS number assigned).

At this stage, Belgium has indicated a proposed classification as toxic for reproduction. However, no specific category has yet been specified.
