Peru’s regu­la­tion imple­men­ting Legis­la­ti­ve Decree No. 1570, the Law on the Com­prehen­si­ve Mana­ge­ment of Che­mi­cal Subs­tan­ces, ente­red into for­ce in Octo­ber 2026. Published on 8 April 2026 as Supre­me Decree No. 005‑2026-MINAM, it pro­vi­des for clas­si­fi­ca­tion, labe­ling and safety data sheets under the Glo­bally Har­mo­ni­zed Sys­tem, a Natio­nal Registry of Che­mi­cal Subs­tan­ces (RENASQ), and risk assess­ment and mana­ge­ment mechanisms.
