Detergents Regulation Revision Reaches Agreement

Trilogue concludes two years of debate on Detergents Regulation revision.

On June 10, the European Commission, Parliament, and Council reached a final agreement in the concluding trilogue session of the Detergents Regulation revision, ending a two-year legislative process. IFRA, in close collaboration with A.I.S.E., has been actively advocating for a proportionate and workable regulatory framework - particularly on biodegradability requirements.
