IFRA strengthens ties with ASEAN Cosmetic Association in Hanoi meeting
International Fragrance Association (IFRA) President Alexander Mohr and Dr Caroline Li, IFRA Asia Pacific Regional Director, met with Madam Tran Thi Phuong Mai, President of the ASEAN Cosmetic Association (ACA), in Hanoi, Vietnam.
