IFRA to take part in CAFFCI Annual Meeting and Expo 2026

Mr Mohr will deliver two presentations during the event. On 17 September, he will give a global regulatory update, setting out market and regulatory developments from around the world and underlining the case for greater international harmonization – with IFRA acting as a bridge for stability in the global fragrance sector. He will also address the CAFFCI ESG Forum with a presentation on sustainability.

The visit, along with IFRA’s Caroline Li, Regional Director for APAC, reflects a deepening partnership between the two associations, which together span the fragrance, flavor and cosmetics industries. Use association PCPC and Cosmetics Europe will also be presenting.

IFRA also works closely with CAFFCI's Fragrance and Flavor Regulatory Working Committee, sharing perspectives on how regulatory developments in Europe are likely to shape discussions in China.

Ahead of the conference, Mr Mohr and Caroline Li recorded video messages for CAFFCI's promotional campaign, in which he described CAFFCI as valued partner and invited industry colleagues to meet him on site in Nanjing. "Some of the best ideas in this industry start as a conversation in the corridor", he said, wishing CAME 2026 every success.

The 2026 edition marks a return to the CAFFCI Annual Meeting for IFRA, whose President addressed the opening ceremony of the 2025 event.
