IFRA contributes to key industry discussions at Rencontres INGRECOS 2026

IFRA presents latest scientific work on furocoumarins and industry implementation approach

On 17 March 2026, IFRA participated in the Rencontres INGRECOS 2026, bringing together experts from across the cosmetics and chemicals sectors to discuss innovation, regulatory developments, and sustainability challenges.

As part of a panel on regulatory changes impacting substances such as furocoumarins, Jennifer Dorts, Senior Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Manager at IFRA, presented the association’s latest scientific work and implementation approach to support industry stakeholders.

The event highlighted key trends shaping the sector, including the impact of artificial intelligence, evolving regulatory frameworks, and increasing expectations around environmental performance and data transparency.
