The Alliance brings together industry, policymakers, and other stakeholders to strengthen the resilience of Europe’s chemicals supply chains, identify critical substances, and support safe, sustainable, and competitive production in the EU. IFRA President Alexander Mohr will participate in the Alliance’s first General Assembly on 13 January in the Netherlands (Chemelot, Geleen), with the participation of Stéphane Séjourné, Executive Vice-President of the European Commission, representing the fragrance industry and highlighting the key challenges currently facing the sector.

IFRA and IOFI have published the 2025 edition of the IFRA-IOFI Labelling Manual, prepared by the joint GHS Task Force. The Manual was released on 15 January.
