The near-final Global Fragrance Summit program is live: Find out what awaits in Singapore

The wait is over — the near-final program for the IFRA Global Fragrance Summit 2025 is now live.

GFS fundamental designs

Taking place on 15–16 October at the Fairmont Hotel in Singapore, the Summit brings together global fragrance leaders, regulators, innovators, and technical experts for two powerful days of learning, discussion, and connection.

With over 30 confirmed speakers, the program reflects the diversity and depth of our industry’s most critical issues—from global standard alignment to sustainability, innovation, and Asia-Pacific market growth.

What’s new in the 2025 edition?

  • Keynotes from regional and global leaders, including opening remarks by Alexander Mohr, President of IFRA, and Paul Andersson, IFRA Chairman.

  • Immersive experiences, such as The Sensory Journey led by Calice Becker of Givaudan.

  • Deep dives into sustainability, with speakers from BASF, Givaudan, Henkel, and UEBT.

  • Focused APAC content, including regulatory insights from Singapore, China, and Indonesia.

  • Panel discussions on allergen regulation, innovation, ingredient defence, and consumer trust.

  • Networking moments—from daily lunches to cocktails and the GFS Dinner at Skye Lounge.

We’ve designed this program to reflect both the breadth of global fragrance trends and the unique momentum of the Asia-Pacific market.
